Su specialises in hypnosis and psychotherapy to help with anxiety, confidence, stopping smoking and weightloss, although she helps many clients with a range of issues including fears and phobias.  A qualified hypno-psychotherapist, Su is also a clinical supervisor and certified instructor teaching with the UK Academy of Therapeutic Arts and Sciences and The National College of Hypnosis & Psychotherapy.  Su was presented with the NCH Researcher of the Year Award in 2008, for her research into the impact of the media on anxiety, stress and wellbeing.
