Diets are problematical in my view, because they encourage you to think about food all the time, whereas, hypnosis for weight loss helps you to change your habits naturally, slowly and permanently, until healthy eating, and an active life become the most natural thing in the world.

Your initial session is an opportunity to discuss your goals.  We will also explore your relationship with food, in order to identify problem habits such as eating when not hungry, eating quickly, eating for comfort etc so that your weight loss hypnosis sessions can be targeted specifically at the issues which will make a difference for YOU.

 For many people, change begins to happen from their first session - and you are likely to find you surprise yourself by your changing habits and strengthening will power.   Although we do not pre-determine the number of sessions needed, for weight loss, most people need around four sessions, within which time, you learn self hypnosis.
